3. Onboarding & Setup
I’ll get connected to your accounting software and bank feeds, perform a diagnostic review to clean up any existing issues, and organize your books so everything starts fresh and accurate.
4. Monthly Bookkeeping
Each month, I categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, review your books, and keep everything tax-ready and up to date. With Quickbooks Online, you will have 24/7 access to your financial information.
5. Monthly Reports + Support
By the end of each month, you will receive clear financial reports. Every cycle also includes one 30 minute call to review your live data together, plus ongoing email support for your peace of mind.

While we don’t prepare income tax returns, we ensure your books are accurate, categorized correctly, and completely tax-ready. -
We use a shared Collaboration Hub for daily transaction questions to keep your inbox clean. For formal updates, I respond to emails within 24–48 business hours. We may also have a deep-review session via Zoom or Google Meet as included in each package (one session per billing cycle).

Almost nothing! Our bookkeeping process is designed to be completely hands-off for you.
As long as your bank accounts stay securely connected to the QuickBooks Online bank feed, we handle the rest. We don't ask you to upload monthly statements, and we won’t chase you down for receipts.
To keep things running smoothly, we only ask for two quick things:
Keep the Connection Active: If a bank feed disconnects, simply re-verify your login so the data keeps flowing.
Review Your Uncategorized Report: Once a month, we’ll send you a quick, organized list of unusual or unique transactions. All you have to do is drop a quick note next to them to let us know what they were for.

Absolutely. All documents are uploaded through secure links or stored in private, password-protected folders. QBO is an encrypted, industry-standard platform used by millions of businesses. I never have the ability to move funds; I only require "read-only" accountant access.
